Evolution of COBO cable reels for measuring length and angle on machines with telescopic booms.

ΩMEGA is the new cable reel sensor family based on Hall-Effect contactless technology, for boom angle and length measuring, with very high accuracy, linearity and extreme sturdiness that guarantees durability. Interfaces: Analog and CAN Bus.

The CANopen protocol makes the device easily integrated into machine systems. Thanks to redundancy and integrated diagnostics, it can be used in applications where Functional Safety is required.
